I never received my order, since it was cancelled for no reason. I had to write them 3 emails in order for them to reply to me. this is an absolute joke, the customer service is awful. they told me that my account was flagged for suspicious activity? literally the worst. avoid. there are better companies and subscription services.

Used to be fun to use now the experience is dire. Many unwarranted changes have been made for subscribers lately. Most recently, a new product used to come out everyday, but since this month they release 5 all at once every Monday, so only 20 products a month instead of 30 and so far very poor quality items. I’ve canceled my subscription. It’s no longer exciting to pick or good value. They also took away the option to pick 3 or 9 items. Last year when they changed the subscription prices and website the ‘cancel subscription’ button was not working, so I ended up paying my subscription and they sent me a load of rubbish that has been on the website for years and without my consent, when I emailed to explain they didn’t bother to give a proper reply!! I was quite angry about this but happy to save my money. Bad move guys, I wish you the best karma.

Terrible company never responds to emails you send says my account was flagged, no explanation, no feedback abysmal customer service I will be reporting to trading standards

Abysmal delivery times. I was told that my order had ' left the building ' on Tuesday 20 April. Tracking said it would be with me on 21 April.When it didn't arrive I was told by Latest in Beauty that it would now be delivered ' before 28 April '

Used to LOVE latest in beauty but not anymore. Picking items has become a chore. Very little excites me and I am not at all impressed with items from Primark! I am middle aged and work hard for my money and like to treat myself. If I was 13 and needed to use £1 products I would go to Primark. I really hope this is just a glitch and that you will return to your former glory. Please listen to customers feedback.

I wouldnt even give this company a one star.customer sevies are disgusting exspecially one of the team members called megan.they are no help and i had to go thru paypal for a dispute as they would not refund me.dont waste you money on this cons and rude people!!

Products are good if you take time to see what the sizes are and how much they would be full price but customer service isn't amazing, takes a long time to respond and seems to selectively choose what they respond to if they don't like your enquiry! Their live chat function doesn't work and when you leave a message via there, no one seems to pick it up. They say that you get free delivery on additional boxes between subscriptions on their FAQ page but it's false advertising as it adds postage on for me for an extra box. When I asked, I was told it was only LibPro members that get this - which is not what the FAQ page says. I'll not likely place extra orders now, just because the way they promoted it was so misleading.

Diabolical customer service, dirty products, they take your money after cancelling subscriptions and wont answer emails. Avoid at all costs.

Loved Latestinbeauty but not now and I don’t want any of my money to go to BLM who I personally don’t support. I will never buy from here again.

I cancelled my suscription in June and they keep charging me anyways. I emailed to complaint and they are refusing to refund me. Instead they want to send me a surprise box full of stuff I dont want and they wont even care if it suits me, so careless. This is outrageous and illegal. Worst customer service ever. Do not give your details!
